Guardian of the Glade

The Guardian of the Glade is the protector of the dead children resting within the circle of trees. She spends most of her time comforting the dead children whose rest is anything but peaceful. Although extremely tender with the children, if anyone else tries to gain access to the glade she is a terrifying protector, to the point no one, except Melanie dares to approach the glade. For some reason she tolerates Melanie's presence, probably due to the close bond between Melanie and one of the dead children, Melon.

She seldom interacts with the Earthen World, preferring to stay with her children. However when the topic of the dead children come up often she will be the one to discuss it. Her manner is either one of slow calmness or a dignified force. To her the protection of the children is all that matters. When a few years ago someone insisted that we bring the children back to life, she managed somehow to remove that person from our life in a way that they never contacted us again. She is a strong willed individual.

Physical Appearance

In her serene phase she has pale skin with long flowing blond hair. She moves with soft motion and has a calm manner about her. During times of anger her eyes become wild and exaggerated, her hair seems to fly as if in a strong wind and her voice harsh and high pitched.
